Every County Foundation ships with a methodology page in the workbook and a long-form methodology PDF. Sources, confidence thresholds, entity resolution policy, HBP inference rules, known gaps, all auditable.

The accuracy guarantee

90 days. We correct any inaccuracy for free.

Find a missed instrument or material error in the first 90 days after delivery and we'll correct it at no charge, every time, until the workbook is right. No revision cap, no per-correction fee, no fine print. If the corrections add up to a structural problem with the engagement, you can take a refund instead, your choice.

The guarantee is real because our methodology is open. We tell you what we OCR'd, what we flagged for human QA, and what's a known gap. If we missed something, we own it and we fix it.
